HUMAN TRAFFICKING

definition:

Human trafficking involves the recruitment, transportation, transfer, harboring, or receipt of persons through force, coercion, or deception, for the purpose of exploitation. Exploitation may take various forms, including forced labor, sexual exploitation, slavery, or involuntary servitude. The traffickers exploit vulnerabilities, often targeting individuals who are in desperate circumstances or are otherwise easily manipulated.

Crime list you need to prove:

As we delve into the practices of Child Protective Services (CPS), we aim to shed light on aspects that raise questions about adherence to their mandate and, more importantly, the potential alignment with the legal definition of human trafficking.

Recruitment Practices:

One crucial element of human trafficking is recruitment. Parents have raised concerns about CPS practices that seemingly resemble recruitment rather than a genuine commitment to child welfare. Instances where families feel targeted or coerced into CPS intervention have ignited scrutiny into whether the agency is truly focused on safeguarding children or inadvertently contributing to human trafficking.

CPS Recruitment Practices:

Birth Alerts and Family Separation: Central to this concern is the use of birth alerts, a practice that assumes parents, previously in CPS care, are unfit to raise their own children. This approach not only challenges the principle of family preservation but raises alarming questions about the long-term consequences of separating families under the guise of child protection.

Lack of Oversight and Accountability: A lack of oversight contributes to abuses of power within the child welfare system. By examining recruitment practices and instances where due process is compromised, we aim to prove CPS is a human trafficking organisation.

Call to Action: Gather Your Evidence: Parents gather your evidence of any recruitment-like practices by CPS. Once you file your own criminal charges you want to get a freedom of information to gather evidence about recruitment practices involved in your case. Who did they need to recruit to support the idea of trafficking your children away from your care? By sharing your experiences and providing concrete evidence, we can end human trafficking within CPS.

Human Trafficking Transportation Practices:

  1. Covert Transportation:
    • Human trafficking often involves the use of inconspicuous or unmarked vehicles to avoid drawing attention.
  2. Deception and Abduction:
    • Human traffickers may use deceptive tactics or force to abduct victims, contrasting with CPS’s legal obligation to act transparently and within the bounds of the law.
  3. Lack of Official Documentation:
    • Human trafficking lacks legitimate documentation, as traffickers operate covertly without legal oversight or accountability.
Key Considerations:
  • While some practices may appear similar, the crucial distinction lies in the transparency, legality, and accountability associated with each transportation method.
  • CPS is subject to legal and procedural guidelines, including oversight by authorities and the need for documentation to justify their actions.
  • Any comparison between CPS and human trafficking should consider the legal frameworks, intentions, and outcomes of their respective transportation practices.
Call to Action: If you have concerns about CPS practices, it is crucial to document specific instances and seek legal advice to address any potential issues. Open dialogue and transparent communication are essential in fostering accountability and ensuring the protection of children.
CPS Human Transportation Practices:
  1. CPS: Forced Relocations for Services

    • CPS, under the guise of providing services, may initiate forced relocations of children from their homes to various facilities. This can mimic the trafficking practice of moving victims to different locations.
  2. Human Traffickers: Covert Transportation

    • Human traffickers use covert means to transport victims. Similarly, CPS might utilize seemingly legitimate means, like supervised visits or foster placements, to move children away from their families.
  3. CPS: Controlled Visitation

    • CPS may control visitation schedules, limiting the interaction between parents and children. This control can be likened to traffickers separating victims from their families.
  4. Human Traffickers: Adoption as a Facade

    • Human traffickers might exploit adoption as a facade for illicit activities. Similarly, CPS adopting out children could be seen as a method to cover more sinister motives.
  5. CPS: Lack of Transparency

    • The lack of transparency in CPS decisions on relocation and adoption may raise suspicions. Traffickers thrive in secrecy, and CPS practices might inadvertently share similarities.
  6. Human Traffickers: Financial Incentives

    • Human traffickers are motivated by financial gains. If CPS practices involve financial incentives tied to services or adoptions, it can be compared to trafficking operations for profit.

Human Trafficking Transfer Practices:

In human trafficking, the term “transfer” often refers to the movement of victims from one location to another. Traffickers may transfer individuals to different cities, regions, or even countries to exploit them for various purposes, such as forced labor, sexual exploitation, or organ trafficking.

CPS Transfer Practices:

When examining CPS practices, the notion of “transfer” can be observed in the removal and placement of children in foster care or other custodial arrangements. Children are transferred from their biological families to alternative care settings, which may include foster homes, group homes, institutional facilities or adopted out for organs and sex trade.

Ask the parents of these trafficked children where their children are if adopted to a safe and happy home?  Why isn’t a safe and loving home with biological family not safe?

Human Trafficking Harboring, Practices:

Human traffickers often harbor their victims in undisclosed or secret locations to prevent rescue and maintain control. Victims may be kept in conditions that exploit them for various purposes, including forced labor, sexual exploitation, or organ trafficking. The secrecy and control exerted by traffickers contribute to the overall criminal nature of their activities.

CPS Harboring Practices:

Siminal, CPS removes children from their families and place them in foster care or group homes. While CPS states this is for the child’s protection, the lack of transparent oversight implies parents are right this is more human trafficking harming children. The whereabouts and conditions of children in CPS custody are not offering any disclosed. The practices of removing children and harboring them without proper oversight can parallel the clandestine nature seen in human trafficking.

Human Trafficking receipt of persons through force, Practices:

Human traffickers may forcibly obtain individuals through abduction, kidnapping, or coercion. Victims are often taken against their will and subjected to various forms of exploitation. The use of force aims to establish control and dominance over the victims, facilitating their involvement in illegal activities such as forced labor, sexual exploitation, or organ trafficking.

CPS receipt of persons through force, Practices:

CPS uses its authority to forcibly remove children from their families. While CPS asserts this is done to ensure the child’s safety, concerns arise when there is a lack of clear evidence supporting the necessity for removal. The use of legal authority to separate families can be perceived as a form of force, especially when families are not given adequate opportunities to present their case or challenge CPS decisions.  There is zero oversight and perfect growns for the biggest human traffickers managing this entire network across Canada, with judges and police support

Human Trafficking coercion, Practices:

Human traffickers use coercive tactics to control and manipulate their victims, exploiting vulnerabilities for financial gain. They employ threats, violence, and psychological pressure to force individuals into situations against their will.

CPS coercion, Practices:

In the context of CPS,  coercive practices are employed to separate families, utilizing legal processes and government authority. Families may feel pressured or coerced into certain decisions under the threat of having their children permanently removed. Families are often charged with criminal offensives should they object to their children being trafficked by CPS. The lack of oversight  make it impossible for parents to challenge these actions and protect their rights.

Human Trafficking Deception, Practices:

Human traffickers engage in deceptive practices to lure and exploit their victims, often promising false opportunities or concealing the true nature of their intentions. They manipulate individuals through lies, creating a web of deceit to control and exploit for financial gain.

CPS Deception, Practices:

CPS, while operating within legal frameworks, utilizes deceptive practices by manipulating information to achieve specific outcomes. Reports and case narratives are selectively presented to influence decisions, and the agency’s tendency towards secrecy raises concerns about the accuracy of information provided to the public.

Human Trafficking exploiting labour & income, Practices:

Human traffickers exploit their victims by subjecting them to forced labor under coercive conditions. Individuals, including children, may be forced to work in various capacities, often for the financial gain of the traffickers. This exploitative practice is a clear violation of basic human rights.

CPS Deception, Practices:

CPS engages in a form of exploitation through the removal of children from their families, placing them in foster homes, group homes, or other care settings. While the agency’s mandate emphasizes child welfare, concerns arise when the labor involved in caring for these children becomes a lucrative industry. Various individuals within the CPS system, such as social workers, therapists, and caregivers, may receive compensation, leading to financial gains linked to the child’s placement in care. Non of these services would be needed if the child was not kidnapped and non of these services are helping these children else we would see reports from children who are adults supporting the organisation while all are against it.

Human Trafficking exploiting sexual exploitation, Practices:

Sexual exploitation is a heinous crime perpetrated by human traffickers who subject their victims, including minors, to sexual abuse and exploitation. These individuals are forced into various forms of sexual labor, with their autonomy violated for the profit and satisfaction of the traffickers. This reprehensible practice is universally condemned as a grave violation of human rights.

CPS Sexual Exploitation, Practices:

CPS has a historically been known for children to be sexual abuse within the foster care system. Some foster children report experiencing sexual exploitation while in care, and once adopted, they may become essentially invisible to the public eye. Lack of transparency in CPS operations raises questions about the sexual exploitation, allowed to go on due to zero oversight.

Human Trafficking slavery, Practices:

In the grim world of human trafficking, victims endure a life devoid of freedom, where their every move is dictated by ruthless exploiters. Subjected to relentless physical, emotional, and often sexual abuse, they live in perpetual fear. The chains of exploitation deny them basic rights, trapping them in a nightmarish existence where their autonomy is non-existent, and their suffering is relentless.

CPS Sslavery, Practices:

In the context of CPS exploitation, families torn apart and children placed in foster care face a form of systemic enslavement. Parents grapple with the agony of knowing their children are subjected to potential harm, including sexual exploitation, within the very system designed to protect them. Children, stripped of the warmth of their family, endure a daily struggle, often bouncing between foster homes or institutions, forced to comply with the demands of a system that prioritizes control over their well-being. Their next generation is also enslaved in this system through the practises of birth alerts.
