THE DESCRIPTION

A pain so great it feels your head will explode with pressure. There is no up, no down, no making sense out of anything.  There is nobody understanding, nobody can connect with you and you can’t connect with anyone else.  All you see is hopeless, helpless, no meaning to anything.  Hard to pick up your head, arms, legs to even walk. It’s totally paralyzing with no way out.

THE CURE

While you are in the darkest of holes, unable to make sense out of anything, you can’t believe in anything, like it or not the cure is to simply believe it’s curable.  As long as you believe it’s hopeless helpless it will be.  It’s ok to feel hopeless/helpless but just don’t believe it’s hopeless helpless.  Just saying the words “I’ll figure this out” when you know without doubt you can’t work it out – within days or weeks you’ll start to actually feel it being possible.  You have to live in the possibilities to be able to see them.  It’s like opening a door you never knew was there.  First stage is believing a door exists and eventually you will start to see the door. Once you see the door you will be able to open it and see something completely different.

THE RECORDING

Your brain is replaying the same messages over and over like playing a tape recording.  Generally you are repeating hopeless/helpless type words.  This is in response to a trauma you are experiencing.  You are responding to something negative and you don’t know how to respond back.  You will keep replaying that recording until you find your answers.  Once you are aware of what you are repeating 24/7 you can change it to be more supportive in you finding your answers.

Start writing out everything you repeat on a regular basis and proceed to the logic phase of the cure.

THE OUTLINE

All those negative stories you are repeating over and over is actually the key to getting out of your depression.  Once you make a list of everything you hate, on the opposite side write out how you think things should be. You can only recognize something is wrong because you know something is right.  It’s time to live in everything you know is right and to get there you need to write out your hate list and describe how things should be.  This is the outline to the future story of your new life.  Now how to make it happen.

STATE OF BEING

Now that you have an outline of the future you want for yourself the trick is to figure out how to make that all happen.  In order to do that you need to go into a magical world of possibilities and in order to open that door you have to be in the right state of being.  It’s like there are two doors to entre – the negative or the positive door – to create a future you want you want to entre that positive door which means you need to be in that positive state of being. Best way to do that is using the concept of Bottled Intentions found in link “A Nutbar Idea“.  It’s a free concept you can use anywhere and it works subliminally if you are to depressed to “work it”. Just having the concept in your living space where you see it everyday will affect your subconscious mind. Bottled Intentions theory can change your DNA because it’s forcing you to control your mind to making the right peptides and proteins to feel what you want to feel, allowing you to create what you want to create. When you force your brain to feel these feelings all you can see is potentials not limitations.  When you are lacking these intentions life will feel hopeless & helpless – it’s all about these specific intentions.

TRANSFORMING THE PROBLEM

Every problem is born with it’s solution, knowing that helps you find solutions, not knowing that keeps you from looking and you’ll never find what you aren’t looking for.  The concept of Holodynamics is the best research I’ve discovered to transform a problem into a solution.  There are several books I would recommend reading but it’s costly so I’ve made a page attempting to share what I know about the concept. One of the main aspects of Holodynamics is this theory problems can communicate with you and let you know what it wants.  This theory really opens up a door to information found within YOU.  Nobody has your answers only you have that and this theory helps open up your possibilities to hearing from yourself.  Once you learn how to communicate with your problem the next stage is asking good questions.

IT'S ALL ABOUT THE QUESTIONS

Ask a dumb question and trust you will get a dumb answer. For example if you ask the question “why am I so stupid” because you are not stupid that question will get basically a non answer back or an answer that confirms the stupidity of the question being asked.  Good questions forces you to think about an answer while a lecture you tend to get bored and miss most of what’s said.  If a teacher only asked great questions the students would learn far better.  When trying to discover your own answers it’s best to keep the question as open ended as possible.  My go to question always is “In how many ways can I ……”? I always get a million opportunities just asking that question.  We don’t live in a limited world we live in an unlimited world.  You can get the answers to any questions IF you knew how to communicate with any problem.  Problems do in fact communicate, you just have to be willing to listen.
