Baby Kayle like thousands of other Canadian Babies are kidnapped at birth from the mothers arms. In one year Children Services in Quebec have failed to find any logical reasoning to take the child away from the mother.
After one year Government is talking about putting Beautiful Baby Kaylee up for adoption when she has a loving Great Grand father, Amazing Grandmother and grandfather along with the best mother in the world. She has Aunts and Uncles who love her very much.
When you kidnap children for financial gain knowing the intentional destruction you cause the entier family along with the child, this organization is not qualified to care for any children on any level. This is Human Trafficking.

Letter to Pierre Poilievre
Good Day
I am writing to bring a matter of grave concern to your attention, my Granddaughter has been kidnaped into a Human Trafficking network. My name is Josee Belleville, a respected Canadian military veteran. My husband has previously worked for the very Children’s Aid Society, and we are parents to two young children 8 and 10 years old. My mother in law is also a long time foster family for Children aid society.
brief intro : My daughter “Naomi-Belle St Laurent ” was experiencing challenges as a teen, being a good mom I went looking for help, went knocking on children services as I thought they might be able to offer services to help us. What should have been help turned into a nightmare, my daughter was sexually assaulted in their care of this very organization, they even refused to believe the victim and tried to cover it up. They physically harmed her and no education was given to her. Knowing of this we filed a lawsuit in 2018 ..https://ici.radio-canada.ca/
We had just finally started trial sept 2022 at superior court in Chicoutimi Quebec , it lasted 5 long days it wasn’t over it should have been extended till the following spring of 2023.
In Dec 2022, Naomi was 21 when she gave birth, she had her own apartment in the basement of her parents house, she was ready with diapers and enough clothes that any girl would be jealous of. Mom planned on breastfeeding and the best part was the grandparents and aunty and uncle couldn’t wait to have a new bundle of joy in the home. Well that day never happened. Kaylee never even slept in her bed. They took the newborn baby directly from the hospital at 3 days old. No more breastfeeding forced to live with strangers, Changed foster homes 3 times already. Leaving a family devastated and no answers since dec 2022 . Within Days of the kidnapping I was phoned from the social worker Nancy Poulin coerced and manipulated being told if i drop the lawsuit I would get the baby home.. which I complied but they failed to return the baby. i have asked the lawyer for a copy and she hasn’t provided it for us but would very easily be able to confrim.
Friday the 19th of january 2024; it was confirmed that my daughter, Naomi-Belle St Laurent had been unjustly targeted, a birth alert was initiated against her at the Chicoutimi hospital. We have just received her medical files proving that it was. I am seeking your assistance in addressing this matter urgently. Birth Alerts have been outlawed and yet throughout Canada the practice still continues because Children Services have zero oversight while offering massive profits in trafficking babies. A huge Human Rights issue. You are the head of this snake, the politician. You may not be in power but you are elected to keep Canadian Babies safe from human trafficking. You have the stage and the ability to send emails to powerful people. You can make this the only topic within politics today as our children should be the most important thing to all politicians. Remember when a politician had to kiss babies to get elected, now you have to save them to gain credibility.
Please try to comprehend Children Services is responsible for sexually assaulting Naomi and then they kidnapped her first born child right out of the hospital when she was born for no reason at all. They used the birth alert process to get away with it. How would you feel knowing the people responsible for sexually assaulting you now have custody of your new born baby? If there is no stopping this level of human trafficking with this level of evidence, who is going to stop them when they come for your children?
The legal process is a whole other level that is involved, I am the grandmother being my daughters and granddaughter’s voice. Yet the legal system doesn’t give me any rights to my flesh and blood. Naomi’s lawyer is not following Naomi’s wishes to appeal, instead they are complying with whatever Children Services want. There is zero evidence to justify taking this baby. There is zero oversight leaving only you the one to save these children from the tortures experienced in this human trafficking ring.
Enclosed is a photo of the social worker responsible for removing the baby. This individual, featured on television, advocates for increased funding for services, which, in my perspective, many kids may not even necessitate. The connection between funding and the removal of children from families raises concerns about transparency in budget allocation. I filed an ethics complaint against the social worker, it took a 10-month delay in investigation, emphasizing the responsibility lying with higher-ups who made decisions without any proper evaluation. Notably, she served and is still serving as the union representative for children’s aid and received our lawsuit directly in 2018, presenting a significant conflict of interest and breach of confidentiality due to her past work with my husband.
Furthermore, it’s noteworthy that during these investigations, during the numerous hearings, no mention or acknowledgment of the birth alert was brought to light, emphasizing the need for a comprehensive review of the circumstances surrounding the planned removal of the child.
Children’s Aid has treated me as if I were a criminal, subjecting me to a heart-wrenching separation from my granddaughter. For seven agonizing months, I was denied the simple joy of seeing her, and when finally granted a mere 15 minutes a week, it felt like a cruel and inadequate reprieve. I implored to scrutinize the decisions made by the judge, decisions seemingly devoid of any evidence justifying the removal of this precious baby from her mother’s care. and even less from her grandparents.
The irretrievable loss of precious time that could have been spent in the warm embrace of family speaks to a systemic oversight that raises deeply distressing concerns about the potential harm lurking within the very system meant to protect. Urgent intervention is not just necessary; it is vital to rectify this heart-wrenching situation, ensuring the rights of these innocent children are not just acknowledged but fiercely safeguarded. A comprehensive review process must be urgently implemented to prevent such profound oversights from haunting the lives of other families in the future.
The gravity of this situation goes beyond the walls of my family. It touches upon the broader issue of human trafficking, an issue that I believe requires urgent attention and intervention. If we, as a society, turn a blind eye to such egregious practices, we risk becoming no better than those who claim to champion justice but fall short when it matters most.
Logically, if there is any reason to take a child away from its mother the child would go to the next within the family. I have two other children ages 8 and 10 which this “network” attempted to have removed from my care as well. A CPS worker from outside CPS Charlevoix was called in to investigate me. No mention of my husband, because any mention of him would be a breach of ethics so they don’t mention his name in any paperwork. The report stated I am an excellent mother and grandmother and would provide a healthy home for baby Kaylee. CPS Saguenay ordered this report yet when it came back in our favour the judge refused to accept the evidence. A psychiatrist report also says the baby should be in grandparents home and again the judge will not take this evidence. My own mother in law is a licensed foster parent yet this network protesting the government for more money won’t allow Baby Kaylee to be with family.
Now Children’s Aid Saguenay are now defaming me in other people’s reports claiming if they are seen with me I am a “anti-DPJ activist” and a reason to keep their children. Just being next to me in an elevator justifies child services to take away your baby. I am currently facing false criminal charges, including a fabricated death threat, and I am scheduled to appear in court on February 12, 2024. The gravity of this situation is exacerbated by the apparent perjury and falsehoods present in the deposition papers filed against me. This deliberate attempt to manipulate legal proceedings with false accusations further compounds the distressing circumstances surrounding the removal of my granddaughter, Kaylee.
Emphasizing the broader implications of the issue is imperative; it transcends personal concerns and manifests as a systemic problem impacting individuals across diverse walks of life. The potential for abuse of power and the presence of racial bias, reminiscent of past injustices such as Residential Schools 2.0 and the problematic use of birth alerts for Indigenous communities, necessitate urgent intervention.
As a concerned citizen and devoted advocate for justice, my commitment extends to dedicating my life to ensuring a safer Canada for my children and grandchildren. The evolving political landscape provides a crucial opportunity for leaders to champion causes against human trafficking rings and ensure the well-being of our children. In this pivotal moment, many mothers, including myself, actively seek political allies whose values align with the pursuit of justice.
Your willingness to take a stand against these injustices would not only distinguish you but also resonate with a growing community of mothers yearning for political representation that mirrors their values. I implore you to carefully consider the implications of this situation and to act with the unwavering conviction necessary to address these pressing concerns.
Your decisive action could make a profound difference in the lives of my family and countless others facing similar challenges. Our future children need leaders – leaders willing to fight for the next generations. I am available for further information or a confidential discussion about this case. As a Canadian Military veteran, I am committed to addressing this matter, serving as a spokesperson to shed light on issues surrounding newborn separation from families. Let’s work collaboratively to advocate for a review of practices, prioritizing the well-being of children and ensuring proper legal representation to prevent unjust separation.
The proposed plan of action is as follows:
Immediate Intervention: I urge you to send an email to the social service Minister CARMANT of Quebec to initiate an immediate investigation into the circumstances surrounding Kaylee’s removal. This investigation should comprehensively explore any potential links to human trafficking, ensuring a thorough examination of the situation. And to provide you an update. ministre.responsable@
Transparency and Accountability: Advocate for transparent and impartial investigations to uncover any systemic flaws or misconduct within the Quebec social family system. It is crucial to ensure accountability for any wrongful actions and prevent future injustices.
I implore you to consider the gravity of this situation and use your influence to ensure Minister Lionel CARMANT takes swift and decisive action. Your support in this matter is crucial for justice, accountability, and the safe return of Kaylee to her family. You can be the Hero of this story.
While I regret that a majority of these documents are in French, I am more than willing to provide translations or any necessary assistance to facilitate your understanding of the intricacies involved. Your thorough examination of these materials will undoubtedly shed more light on the gravity of the situation. If you find it pertinent to peruse these documents or require any further clarification, please do not hesitate to inform me. I am committed to ensuring transparency and providing any information necessary for a comprehensive understanding of the issues at hand.
Thank you for your time and consideration. I am available for any additional information or clarification you may require.
Sincerely,
Josee Belleville

Additionally, I have attached photos, I possess a recording of the day the social worker tells me she would give me the baby, A recording of when the account of the incident where the criminal charges happened, which I initially offered to the Crown. In response, a plea deal was proposed, which I declined, given the absence of any threats during the episode. Subsequently, as an apparent attempt to cast aspersions on my character, Children’s Aid lodged a complaint against me with a different children services region where as you can see nothing was held against me and my children. If you require the full report detailing these occurrences, please feel free to request it. Due to the voluminous nature of the documentation, I may need to provide additional information in subsequent communications.”

The Kidnapper
This person employed the Birth Alert process to traffic Baby Kaylee, and
was also observed participating in public protests, advocating for additional government funding to support more instances of birth alerts.
Furthermore, she was implicated in a sexual assault lawsuit and coerced Josee, the grandmother, into dropping the case by using Baby Kaylee as leverage. Despite the resolution of the lawsuit, Baby Kaylee has not been returned, raising serious concerns about the involvement of this individual in human trafficking and the potential exploitation of vulnerable children within the system.
By shedding light on these alarming actions, we hope to raise awareness about the issue of human trafficking and the urgent need for intervention to protect innocent lives. This narrative aims to expose the realities of these exploitative practices and encourage collective efforts to stop such heinous activities.
Why is a worker allowed to participate in a sexual assualt lawsuit able to kidnap the baby of the victim in the same sexual assualt case and all suppervisors say they approve of the obvious conflicts of interest. Here she is interviewed explaining how she is protesting Government to force tax payers to give her more money so she can kidnap more babies.

Activist
“She does, however, acknowledge having ties to Mrs. Josee Belleville, an anti-DPJ activist, and says she identifies with it.”
In a rather unfortunate twist, my name has oddly found its way into the files of another mother, portraying me as a supposed threat. It’s quite absurd that merely being in my presence is being labeled as a reason to snatch away children from their mothers. This unfounded linkage not only jeopardizes my impeccable reputation but also poses a considerable risk to those unfairly targeted due to this absurd association. Clearly, there’s an urgent need for someone of my stature to step in and address these damaging practices within the system. This women kidnapped Baby Kaylee using Birth Alert process and here seen protesting government for more money to fund more birth alerts.
This women was also involved in a sexual assault lawsuit and threatened Josee to drop the court case if she wanted to see the baby again and yet one year and baby has not been returned given the sexual assault lawsuit was dropped.

Conservatives assert opposition to the World Economic Forum (WEF), yet it is evident that Child Protective Services (CPS) has seen a surge in kidnappings (birth alerts) since January 2020, lacking any apparent rationale. Public declarations by provinces suggest an intention to leverage CPS for separating children from parents who do not endorse the WEF transgender agenda. It is imperative to prompt them to openly address concerns about human trafficking within CPS. Distribute this document via email to conservative figures, and engage in phone communication to ensure they are informed and insist they publicly challenge the WEF’s influence within CPS as a measure to safeguard our children.

Step 3
Sign Petition
1 | Ms. Judy L. | Feb 19, 2024 |
We, the undersigned, vehemently express our concern and demand immediate action to end the alarming instances of human trafficking within Child Protective Services (CPS). Families across the nation are facing unjust separation from their children under the guise of child protection, with many children caught in a system that seems to perpetuate rather than alleviate their trauma.
This petition advocates for the following crucial measures:
-
Cease Human Trafficking within CPS: We call upon authorities to thoroughly investigate and put an immediate halt to any practices within CPS that involve the trafficking of children, whether through birth alerts, unjustified removals, or any other means that infringe upon the rights and well-being of families.
-
Swift Reunification of Families: Families affected by unwarranted CPS interventions must experience swift and transparent reunification processes. The emotional distress caused by unjust separations demands urgent rectification, and children deserve to be promptly returned to their loving homes.
-
Support for Healing and Rehabilitation: Recognizing the emotional toll on both children and parents, we urge for the establishment of comprehensive support systems. This includes mental health services, counseling, and resources aimed at facilitating the healing and reintegration of families affected by these traumatic experiences.
-
Transparency and Accountability: We demand increased transparency within CPS operations and insist on mechanisms that hold accountable those responsible for any unjust removals, ensuring that families are not subject to arbitrary decisions without just cause.
By signing this petition, we unite in the call for an immediate end to human trafficking within CPS, the swift reunification of families, and the provision of essential support for healing and rehabilitation. Let our collective voice compel authorities to prioritize the well-being and rights of families over any unjust practices within Child Protective Services.
